Rather than a formal presentation, members will have the opportunity to share the leading indicators they use, discuss what has been effective (and what hasn’t), and exchange ideas for measuring and improving safety performance beyond traditional lagging metrics. Whether your organization is just beginning its leading indicator journey or has a mature program in place, your insights and experiences are welcome.
