March 20, 2020
8:00 am - 9:30 am
During this period of heightened awareness over the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is committed to ensuring the safety and health of all attendees at its events. As such, the Chattanooga Chapter is hosting a coronavirus teleconference call in lieu of our in-person March meeting on Friday, March 20, 2020.
As safety professionals, we are integral in curbing the possible spread of illness in our offices, construction sites and manufacturing facilities. Our call will be an open town hall structured conference call to collaborate and share best practices to take action as we prepare for a possible pandemic.
The ASSP has many guidance sources available at https://www.assp.org/coronavirus
Please come with any questions, concerns, recommendations, best practices, or other valuable information to share for our membership. In addition, a blog is available on this event page to openly post and share content in preparation of the call
Please Note: The call information will be included in your RSVP confirmation email in the “venue” section for security purposes.
